Residential Booking Policy
A £50.00 per room non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your bed reservation. All major Credit and Debit cards, with the exception of Diners Cards, are accepted. Full prepayment will be taken within 14 days prior to your arrival.
If you have booked via a third-party channel, your final balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
If a booking is cancelled by 12 noon, 14 days prior to arrival, no further cancellation charges will apply on top of your £50 per room non-refundable deposit. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the remaining balance of the reservation will be charged
Emergencies will be taken into consideration, but we do recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in case of cancellation.
If you have booked via a third-party channel, your booking must be cancelled by 12 noon 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Packages
These include a £40 per person allocation toward food at dinner; please note this allocation can not be used toward drinks.
Group Bookings (four or more rooms)
Please note that for group bookings, we require two weeks' notice of cancellation. Bookings cancelled with under two weeks' notice will be charged in full. Full prepayment is required 14 days before arrival.
Dog Stays
Please be advised that only our two Cottage Double rooms and two of our Superior Double rooms are dog rooms, and you must notify us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog. Failure in non-notification may result in a dog room not being available. If you are booked in any other room type, please be advised that your dog will not be able to stay.
