Cancellation policy

If a booking is cancelled by 12 noon, 14 days prior to arrival no further cancellation charges will apply on top of your non refundable deposit. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the remaining balance of the reservation will be charged.

If you have booked via a third party channel your booking must be cancelled by 12 noon 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.

Group Bookings (four or more rooms)
Please note for group bookings we require four weeks notice of cancellation. Bookings cancelled with under two weeks notice will be charged in full.

Terms, conditions and privacy policy

A £50.00 per room non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your bed reservation. All major Credit and Debit cards, with the exception of Diners Cards, are accepted. Full prepayment will be taken within the 14 days prior to your arrival.

If you have booked via a third party channel you final balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Emergencies will be taken into consideration but we do recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in case of cancellation.

Dog Stays:
Please be advised that only our two Cottage Double rooms and two of our Superior Double rooms are dog rooms and you must notify us at time of booking if you are bringing a dog. Failure in non notification may result in a dog room not being available. If you are booked in any other room type please be advised that your dog will not be able to stay.
