Canapes

Starters

Jerusalem artichoke velouté, sautéed wild mushrooms and white truffle oil with homemade date and walnut bread. (vegan option available)

Pan seared king scallops, foraged samphire and sea purslane with a beurre blanc and bacon crumb.

Baked goats cheese wrapped in feuille de brick, sweet pickled peppers, curly endive and an aged balsamic reduction.

Local Masons gin and beetroot cured salmon, horse radish cream, cucumber ribbons, celeriac remoulade and Melba toast.

Braised pig cheek, homemade black pudding, crispy poached egg, apple puree and bacon Jus.

 

Mains

Holme farm venison Wellington, wild mushroom duxelle, Parma ham, pomme puree and Madeira sauce.

Vegan potato gnocchi, sun blushed tomatoes with toasted pine nuts and fresh basil.

Pan fried cod with herb crust, buttered spinach, potato fondant and mussel and clam mariniere.

Salt aged Gressingham duck breast, dauphinoise potato, charred pak choi with a port and orange sauce.

Roast guinea fowl breast and stuffed ballotine of thigh, cavolo-nero, sautéed new potatoes and a tarragon cream sauce.

Desserts

Cobnut and chocolate pave with Morello cherry sorbet and shortbread biscuit (suitable for vegans)

Raspberry and pistachio mille-feuille with raspberry coulis and champagne cream

Warm glazed apple and frangipane tart with Cornish clotted cream

Warm stem ginger and date cake with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Yorkshire cheese board and biscuits, chutneys, grapes, apple and celery
